2009 The first 4 events are in the books. Kansas City Cup Capitol Cup Boulevard Cup Grand Prix HPT Series Points after the First 3 events. 2008 The opening round of the Series60CX featured night racing on the oval dirt of Heartland Park with wicked fast straightaways, challenging stairs, and a twisty infield. "30 mph and hanging on," was a common comment about the track sections.GP Heartland Results. Overall points will be assigned this week. Race Two returned to Topeka for a different flavor. Not quite speedway fast and with two epic trips up the hill. Capitol Cup Results. The third race of the series featured another sunny day, a classic pavement to grass course with hurdles, and of course a great post event party. Here are the Boulevard Cup results. Pierson Park has been used several times for great cyclocross races, including 3 Kansas State Championships. This challenging venue had one of the longest (non-mud runs) of the year. 'Cross Off The Old Year Results. Epic Holiday Cyclocross featured an expanded course this year. No mud, just hard frozen Hell. Results. Series standings after 5 events. The final race of the 2008/2009 was the classic Grote Prijs Shawnee. Held in a village setting in downtown Shawnee, Kansas the course is famous for spectators, great racing and good Belgian Style Ale provided by sponsor Smokestack. Here are the race Results.
